The Haihaisoft Partner Program covers DRM-X 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and customized browsers and solutions. The subscription terms below govern the existing DRM-X 6.0 referral offer. Other products and custom projects require a separate written scope and commercial agreement; no automatic payment tracking is implied.
Partners are independent businesses. Referral, Solutions and Technology are separately approved capabilities; the partner level is assigned by Haihaisoft.
- Commission applies only to actual eligible DRM-X 6.0 subscription payments in the first 12 consecutive months from the customer's first paid activation. Annual payments are allocated to the eligible service period. Pausing, renewing or upgrading does not restart this window.
- Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, hosting/pass-through costs and your independently billed services are excluded. Refunds reverse the related commission, including amounts previously settled, and may offset future settlements.
- Commercial rates are confidential and agreed directly with Haihaisoft. Contact us for details. Your private approved offer governs your rewards; approved deals retain their recorded terms.
- Register opportunities honestly. Approval is required; protection normally lasts 90 days. Existing paid customers, self-referrals and duplicate attribution are not automatically eligible. Contact Haihaisoft before protection expires if an extension is needed.
- Subscriptions are purchased directly from Haihaisoft. You may quote consulting, support and integration separately under your own customer contract. Gold does not require unlimited free support.
- Commission settlement is reviewed monthly after a 30-day hold, subject to payment/refund verification and valid company payment information. The portal records settlements; it does not initiate bank transfers.
- Customers control their accounts. Attribution grants no access to their keys, credentials or console. Service markets are non-exclusive. Partner status does not grant production SDK download or redistribution rights.
- Maintain accurate company information, customer permission for submitted contact details and professional service standards. Haihaisoft may suspend activity for misuse or unresolved verification issues; previously earned amounts remain subject to the recorded terms and refund adjustments.
- Haihaisoft reviews disputes using dated attribution and payment evidence. Use our Contact Us page for commercial or attribution questions. New terms or rates require a new offer; existing approved deals keep their agreed terms.
Referral links can remember an introduction for up to 30 days in a cookie on the customer signup browser. The first remembered introduction is retained. Clearing cookies, changing browsers or an expired referral can prevent automatic attribution; submit introduction evidence for manual review. A signup records an opportunity, not automatic commission approval. Approved partners see the linked company and relevant subscription payment information.
Banking details and additional service/licensing agreements are arranged through the verified partner operations process. Do not place financial credentials in support tickets.
